ABOUT SPPF
CONCEPT
Nobody notice
that it is being applied.
And surely protect the body and peel it off.
In the case of a paint protection film(PPF),
It is not suitable for pasting on to complicated shapes (bumpers, mesh grills, etc.)or curved surfaces.
Seams (breaks) are formed in the sheet, and steps are created.
Not only does the difference in level impair the aesthetic appearance, dirt accumulates with aging,
It may float on the line. On the other hand, SPPF is not a sticky type adhesive film,
but a "peelable paint" that is applied with a spray gun, so there are no seams.
It protects the body of your car by adhering to a thick film that wraps around it.

SPPF
A transparent protective paint
that can be peeled
off with a spray gun.
That is SPPF.
Construction is done in a special paint booth to avoid adhesion of dust.
The paint sprayed on the body change to thick film after sufficient drying time.
Also, SPPF is not "adhesive" like stick-on type films, the flexible special paint shrinks as it dries,
Protects your car from stepping stones and scratches with a mechanism that "adsorbs" to the car body.
POINT-1 SEAMLESS FILM

Because there are
not seam and cutting
side of the film,
dust and dirt will not occur.
SPPF, that sprays a special paint on the body and changes
its shape into a stubborn film as it dries,
seamlessly wraps the body without any seams, cross sections, or notches.
Therefore, dust and small garbage do not collect on the edge like film,
POINT-2 POLISH YOUR CAR
Removes dullness
and minor scratches and restores
luster because it can polish
When the luster of the body wears off, it can be revived by polishing.
Even dullness and minor scratches, which had to be replaced with conventional protection
films, you can always restore the original lustrous body.

POINT-3 3-LAYER STRUCTURE
Paint, Protect, Peel off,
It is possible to peel off
by this special 3-layer structure.
② to ④ in the figure below are SPPF.
When layer ② dries, it shrinks and adheres to ①.
Stick-on type protection film is different from SPPF,
it firmly adheres to the genuine paint film.

POINT-4 COVER
It has excellent
scratch resistance and
is even used in formula cars.
SPPF coating is very thick,
While the genuine clear layer is about 50μm (about 0.05mm),
it maintains 160μm to 230μm (0.16 to 0.23μm).
This thick coating wraps the body seamlessly.
Therefore, it is highly resistant to scratches as well as stepping stones.
Even if you press the film with a key powerfully, a hole will not open.
Also, SPPF has a track record of application on formula cars,
Proven effective even in harsh environments.

The above photo shows the thickness before and after construction.
A special three-layer structure within a thickness of approximately 200μm.
OTHER FEATURES
prevent body scratches,
Thick protective film
with sufficient reliability
SPPF has more protection than conventional protection films.
A film of approximately 200um or more wraps the body without any gaps,
Strongly protects your precious car from small scratches and flying stones.
It retains its resale value
because the beautiful
original body
appears when you
peel it off.
It is not like protection films, SPPF is not "bonded" with adhesive, etc.
We have adopted a mechanism that uses the drying of the paint film to "adsorb" it to the body.
There is no glue left when you remove it, and the beautiful genuine paint film will keep your car in like-new condition.
Therefore, it is possible to maintain resale value.
◼️compare with other car protection
| coating | PPF | SPPF | |||
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Stepping stone | × | ⚪︎ | ⚪︎ | Glass coating is basically effective for very small scratches such as car wash scratches, but It cannot protect the body from large physical shocks such as flying stones. PPF and SPPF are possible. |
|
| Gross | ⚪︎ | △ | ⚪︎ | Glass coating is also one of the major purposes of creating gloss, Of course it has a nice
shine, but it has no protective effect. PPF is also evolving year by year, but SPPF, which is painted, is more capable of reproducing a natural gloss. |
|
| Seam | ⚪︎ | × | ⚪︎ | A major weakness of PPF is the occurrence of seams and cut line. No protection from physical impact. Since SPPF is painted, it is possible to protect the body without any seams or cut line. |
|
| Abrasive resiliency | △ | × | ⚪︎ | SPPF can polish scratches and dullness caused by aging and restore luster. When the glass coating is polished, the coating disappears, so it must be reapplied. |
|
| Price | ⚪︎ | △〜⚪︎ | △ | The price of PPF varies greatly depending on the quality of the film and the installer. SPPF requires a number of coats and disassembly time in a painting booth to create a beautiful, thick film, so the installation price is relatively high |
|
| Durability | △ | ⚪︎ | ⚪︎ | The durability of coatings varies depending on the type, But regular coating maintenance is required. PPF has a durability of about 3 to 5 years, and SPPF has a durability of about 3 to 5 years depending on storage conditions. |
|
| Peelability | × | △ | ⚪︎ | PPF has a risk of adhesive residue depending on the material. SPPF only adsorbs paint, so there is no such risk. |
|
| Repair | △ | × | × | In the case of glass coating, repainting is required, but it is relatively easy. PPF and SPPF cannot be partially repaired, so at least each panel needs to be reattached and repainted. |
